Super Slow : Massive or Ripped Muscles?

Super Slow technique is a weight lifting style that changes the traditional Nautilus tempo of lifting from a 2 count positive and a 4 count negative to anywhere from a 3/6, 4/8 or even a 5/10! Its not Negative Resistance training, but it can be pretty tedious. This is another great tool to add to a muscle mass building regimen, but is not comprehensive enough to base your entire muscle building regimen around!
