The Principle of Individuality

Everyone is born with a different mindset, body type, predominance of muscle fiber types and other genetic predisposition’s. These factors make all of us unique and that is why people need different types of Diet and Exercise. There are people who can handle higher levels and intensities of training while others will be lucky to find anything they could possibly like doing to lose weight and get in shape.

We are all at different places in our lives such as our age (athletically and chronologically ie…an old gymnast or basketball player is not an old person). We all have different jobs and different amounts of free-time, so a diet and exercise routing that works for you may not work for someone else! So in your life’s journey it is up to you to discover which combination of Diet and Exercise works for you, not to be skinny or to boost your ego, but to live a longer and healthier life.
