Wellness is the fabled Fountain of Youth. Wellness is attainable if you understand that Science and Medicine have already proven that Diet and Exercise are essential to maintaining the Health of your Mind and Body as you age, and are the foundation of your Wellness.

The problem is that with so much misinformation, disinformation, fitness fads, false promises and infomercial hype how can you possibly know how to achieve your Wellness? If you search Wellness you will find around half a Billion hits but if you discount the commercial and trademarked hits you will still have millions of relevant articles and websites about : Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonics, Core Trainers, Strength Trainers, Fitness Trainers, Plyometrics, Running Coaches, Athletic Coaches etc…and all of them will be telling you and selling you on different information.

Where can you possibly turn to or go to to find the truth for you on your Fitness, Health and Wellness journey? FACTS! Facts reveal the truth about how you can achieve and maintain the health of your mind and body and achieve Wellness.

The following is an understanding why I might be uniquely qualified to help you achieve Wellness which is merely incorporating diet and exercise into your lif3e. Information which you have already heard argued back and forth for decades by trainers, coaches and fitness “experts” (doctors, PHD’s, nutritionists and dietitians) but not clarified is this way. Everything I reveal to you is Factual, Scientific information NOT fitness fads, false promises or infomercial hype!

I have had an unusually lucky career as a Fitness Trainer. I was 19 years old when I got my first client, who strangely enough was a quadriplegic! Yes that’s right he HAD been paralyzed from the neck down due to a car wreck, but had rehabilitated himself into a paraplegic. What I didn’t know at the time is how lucky I was because of him.

Like most trainers I started out as an exercise enthusiast athlete blessed with good genetics. My mentor was a champion Body Builder who was making a wopping $35 an hour training people in the late 80’s. But what he didn’t have was patience to deal with a new client who was a quadriplegic, so he basically pawned him off to me as my first client since he had been teaching me how to train people.

I didn’t know what to expect at 5:00 am as I showed up on my first day of work at a gym I had never been to before meeting a person I had never met before. I only knew I was getting paid $20 cash 5 days a week and I couldn’t have been happier (and I figured I would recognize him pretty quickly). For the first time I was getting paid to help someone “get in shape”…No, I was in for the lesson of a lifetime and gain knowledge that would provide me a career!

I pulled up to the gym at 4:45 am and proceeded to watch a big red pick-up truck roll up and I watched as my new client opened the door, awkwardly pull out his wheelchair, set it on the ground and lower himself out of his truck onto his wheelchair. I walked up, introduced myself and said “I thought you were supposed to be a quadriplegic?” he laughed and said “It is a long story so let’s get started”. Turns out he was adamant  about calling himself a quad, because the hospital still categorized him as such even though he had rehabilitated himself into a paraplegic before I met him.

So while I taught him how to exercise, he taught me how the body functions from a neuromuscular perspective. Through this amazingly unique teacher I learned that my job as a trainer was not just about how to get people to lose weight and “get in shape”, my job was actually about how to teach people that there is a science of Biomechanics and Kinesiology that can empower people to improve the health of their Minds and Bodies and actually be able to achieve and maintain Health and Wellness!

I train trainers today that their primary objective is to safely and effectively to improve the Health of their clients Mind and Body to Optimize their Health and Wellness to excel at any goal they have in life.

it is imperative to understand the neuroelectochemical chain reaction and the pathways by which it gets to the muscles anytime you move. Healthy exercise should always start with a proper assessment of this specific sequence and slowly work outward from there!
